Anyone can join, it’s informal with no registration, no fees, just two rules:

• Respect other runners and supporters
• Do something creative with your run, roll or walk

That’s it, you’re in!

What’s creative? Well, that’s up to you. It’s not about trying to optimise yet another part of your life, or to squeeze the life out of each activity you enjoy. It is an invitation to play with your running. Go on, have fun.
